Common questions
Is an ABN enough to make someone a contractor?
No. Courts look at the whole relationship. Having an ABN does not settle whether someone is an employee.
Do I owe super on ABN contractors?
Sometimes. If a contract is wholly or principally for a person's labour, super can apply even when they have an ABN. We check this for each engagement.
Can you take over existing contractors?
Yes. We review each one and move them across without a break in pay.
Starting a new contract?
Tell us your start date and rate. We will have you set up before your first timesheet is due.
